land with a dedicated truck route. Plans are underway to expand the existing 40-acre industrial area to

The City of Orillia owns fully serviced industrial land, has access to customized employee training programs at Georgian College and the Learning Centre, a fibre-optic network, four-interchanges to a major four-lane highway, competitive shipping rates, a regional airport and one of the lowest hydro rates in the province by producing 30% of their own electricity.
The Orillia region includes the townships of Oro-Medonte, Severn, Ramara, and the City of Orillia is made up of a population of over 70,000 people and is situated on the shores of Lakes Simcoe and Couchiching.
